How We Care

Our Programs

Our programs provide patients, caregivers and their families a much needed break from constant treatments and doctor appointments.

Our hope is to bring joy and happiness to as many community members affected by cancer or other life-threatening illnesses as possible, if only for a few hours.

Our success is measured in the number of people we can help with the quality of programs and services we provide. These programs are fueled by our dedicated staff, caring volunteers and generous donors.

Our Night on the Town program allows our guests to experience live theatre.

We take care of everything. All our guests need do is show up, enjoy dining in a relaxed community atmosphere designed just for them, and bask in the magic of live theatre at the North Shore Music Theatre.

These events are free to patients and their companion(s) and include a pre-show reception with a dinner buffet, the performance, and a post-show reception with the cast.

Go to the Night on the Town Events page for dates, times and information.

"This wonderful organization allowed me to take my 5 year old grandson to a performance of Rapunzel and out to lunch with other children with parents who also have cancer.

It's been a very difficult year for my family, and a 5 year old should not have to go thru his mom's treatment for metastatic breast cancer. This was such a welcome time away from the illness, and all the time away from his mom while she goes through treatment. He loved the show and can't wait to go back to the theater.

Thank you for allowing a little boy to be a little boy and forget about how sick his mom is." - Mary
